Founded in 1908 by Daniel P. Bergin, Chicago Heights Construction Company began to formulate one of the strongest contracting firms that has survived over 95 years to continue to build and grow with the Chicago area.

Our company has focused its efforts in the industrial, commercial and institutional sectors. We service a wide range of markets and industries including basic manufacturing, industrial, retail, restaurant, research and development, office, recreation, hospital, school, and financial institutions.

In 1950, CHCC was handed down to the second generation of Bergin’s and since the 1970’s the firm includes both second and third generations.

Chicago Heights Construction Company’s participation in both the public and private sectors and its diverse mix of project types and sizes have contributed to the Company's revenues growth and profitability in changing economic environments.
